1. Return Window
You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, subject to conditions.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible, products must be:

  • Unused, in original condition, with all tags/labels.

  • In original packaging.

Non-returnable items may include opened personal care products, customized items, or sale-clearance stock (specify as needed).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide order number, item details, and reason for return.

  • We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Returns due to our error: we cover return shipping costs.

  • Other returns: shipping cost borne by you, unless otherwise specified.

5. Refund Process

  • Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunded via original payment method.

  • Cash refunds may be issued as store credit if needed.

6. Replacements & Exchanges
Where available, we’ll ship replacements or exchanges after receiving the original item. Additional charges apply for price differences.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged/defective, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
